Our accommodations include furnished one or two-bedrooms, living space, large bathrooms, full kitchens including stove, fridge, microwave, and diningware. Equipped with wifi, Apple TV/Netflix and two or more televisions, Legacy Suites is perfect for those visiting for business or pleasure.

Check-In & Check-out
The last four digits of your telephone number open both the main entrance door as well as the door to your suite.
(Use the # after the number on the main entrance door.)
Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00pm.
Check-out time is 12:00pm.
If you wish to extend your stay, please call or text us at 705-562-0242 or email at stay@legacysuites.ca before 10am the day of your check-out.
We will try to accommodate you upon availability.
Kitchen
The small trash can is all located under the sink but there is a larger trash receptacle with recycling compartment in the living room closet where you can drop in filled smaller bags and recyclables throughout your stay.
(For long term stays, you will be contacted about your garbage pickup once you have arrived and settled.)
The dishwasher tablets can also be found under the sink.
Downtown Sudbury Parking
One (1) parking space is reserved for your suite in a nearby lot with advanced notice.
The parking lot is monitored by a local company who will ticket any vehicle not pre-registered.
Directions to the parking lot will be given prior to arrival.

Televisions & Apple TV
Each television includes an Apple TV device that includes free use of Netflix and other streaming apps.
Access to Crave, Amazon Prime, iTunes and other apps are available for login with your own account information if you want to connect to your own chosen programming.

Cleaning
The broom, vacuum cleaner and dustpan as well as extra towels and paper products can be found in here.
There are plenty of cleaning products in the closet that are available for your use as you need it.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The remote for the fireplace can be found on the coffee table. Simply press the power button once to turn it on and press again to turn it off. Heating & lighting can be turned on or off separately.
The cooling and heating in your accommodation can only operate effectively when the outside doors or windows are kept closed.
Use the thermostat in the living area for heat and AC units to adjust as you wish.
Safety Deposit Box
For your convenience and safety, we suggest that you leave any valuables in the safe provided for guests’ use in the main bedroom closet.
We are not responsible for any valuables left behind or missing during your stay.

Laundry Room
The laundry room is located in the basement of the building and can be accessed only with prior notification so we can unlock the door.
Follow the front stairs and go through the basement door. The lights should come on automatically.
Go through the door on the left and follow the hallway to the laundry room.

Guests will be charged for missing or damaged items.
Legacy Suites Accommodations are all non-smoking and non-vaping units.
No burning of any kind, please.
(Candles, pots, etc.)
Please do not smoke or vape indoors.
We kindly ask that cannabis be stored in your vehicle or in the glass storage units provided during your stay.
A $250.00 cleaning cost will be charged for any violation.

HOUSE RULES
1. Our suites are located in a historic commercial building with busy businesses on the main floor. It is therefore not considered "residential" and so we must enforce a strict no smoking policy in and around the immediate perimeter of the building. This applies to cigarettes, cannabis, vaping or burning of any kind. That means candles as well!
2. We also have security cameras at the front of the building for our guests' safety as well as to safe-keep the two main floor businesses. The City had us install an emergency exit door in the bedroom area of each suite that is also outfitted with an alarm. Although it is marked with a sign, we have recently had a few guests who opened it to "check if it worked" or "to make sure it was locked" etc.
Opening the door at all will set off the alarm and dispatch police. So PLEASE do not open it unless there is indeed an emergency.
3. No pets are allowed on the premises without prior permission. We have occasional guests who have allergies to pets and need to keep our space as allergen-free as possible.
4. As per AirBnB policy - no large groups, parties or other noisy or disturbing events are allowed in the suite. We know that occasionally our guests want to visit with others, but it must be kept a small group size and no other overnight guests are allowed without prior permission.
5. Please do not move furniture or attach anything to the walls. Repairs can be costly and any charges will be passed on the the guest.
