Our accommodations include furnished one or two-bedrooms, living space, large bathrooms, full kitchens including stove, fridge, microwave, and diningware. Equipped with wifi, Apple TV/Netflix and two or more televisions, Legacy Suites is perfect for those visiting for business or pleasure.

Extra Bedding
The bedding and sheets for the spare room sofa bed are in the top of the closet.
There is also a brand new quilted mattress cover in that same closet
for those who want their bed a little more soft.
The bedding and sheets for the family room sofa bed are in the laundry room.
There should also be a spare blanket or two inside the rolling coffee table.

Check-In & Check-out
A key is provided for the main entrance door.
Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00pm.
The main entrance key is located in a lock box outside of the main entrance and can be picked up anytime after 3pm on your check-in day.
The code for the outside lock box is 15151.
Feel free to use the lock box to store the key while you are out of the house for safe keeping.
Check-out time is 12:00pm.

We will try to accommodate you upon availability.
Kitchen
The small trash can is all located under the sink but there is a larger trash receptacle with recycling compartment in the front porch where you can drop in filled smaller bags and recyclables throughout your stay.
(For those staying longer than a few days, you will be contacted about your garbage pickup once you have
arrived and settled.)
The dishwasher tablets can also be found under the sink.
PARKING
Feel free to park in the driveway as space allows.
Overnight street parking not allowed between December 1st and March 31st.

Each television includes an Apple TV device that includes free use of Netflix and other streaming apps.
Access to Crave, Amazon Prime, iTunes and other apps are available for login with your own account information if you want to connect to your own chosen programming.

In Case of Fire
Although the chance of fire occurring is minimal, please take a second to read the following:

A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
Each floor is equipped with a smoke detector.
Always know where your entrance key is and take it with you in case of fire.

Upon hearing fire alarm: Leave building.
Close doors and windows.

Cleaning
The broom and dustpan in the front porch.
The vacuum cleaners and ironing equipment can be found in the laundry room downstairs.
There are also plenty of cleaning products in the right-hand cupboard in there that are available for your use as you need it.
Full housekeeping sessions may be booked for longer-term stays with 48 hours notice.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The cooling and heating in your accommodation can only operate effectively when the outside doors or windows are kept closed.
Use the thermostat in the living area for heat and the two wall-mounted AC units (upstairs and downstairs) using the remote controls provided to adjust as you wish.
Safety Deposit Box
For your convenience and safety, we suggest that you leave any valuables in the safe provided for guests’ use in the main bedroom closet.
We are not responsible for any valuables left behind or missing during your stay.

Outdoor Space
The BBQ is available for use by our guests seasonally. Propane is provided as well as assorted BBQ tools found in the kitchen island.
Additional propane can be obtained by calling or texting us 705-562-0242.
The outdoor sitting area on the lower level can be changed to a dining area but raising the table.
To transform this table from a coffee table to a dining table, two people simply need to securely lift and lock it into the desired height.
The annual planters are watered and fertilizers before you check-in, but we kindly ask you to water them once per day unless it rains.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is located in the lower level of the building.
Follow the front stairs and you will find the laundry room at the far side of the family room.
It is stocked with fragrance-free laundry detergent packs, fabric softener sheets and anything else you may need during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE!
Guests will be charged for missing or damaged items.
Legacy Suites Accommodations are all non-smoking and non-vaping units.
No burning of any kind, please.
(Candles, pots, etc.)
Please do not smoke or vape indoors.
We kindly ask that cannabis be stored in your vehicle or in the glass storage units provided during your stay.
A $250.00 cleaning cost will be charged for any violation.
